Anatomy

The Department of Anatomy with its spacious dissection hall, Museum, Histology Lab, Tutorial Rooms and Office Chambers of Staff Members are located in the ground floor of the College Building. Anatomy teaching modules are adopted as per specifications of BM&DC. In three terms there are 650 contact hours with 120 hours as didactic lectures and 290 hours are for Dissection, 60 hours Demonstrations, 60 hours for Histology & 60 hours for tutorials. The course curriculum includes gross Anatomy and living Anatom, Radiological Anatomy with special emphasis on general, applied and functional aspects. The Department is well equipped for conducting undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses.
