Short Biography

• Dr. Mohd. Asaduzzaman Babu completed his S.S.C and H.S.C from Rajshahi Board securing 1st Division in Science group. He obtained his MBBS degree from Community Based Medical College (CBMC), Mymensingh under the University of Dhaka.

• He later earned his Diploma in Dermatology and Venereology (DDV) from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BMU), further strengthening his expertise in Skin & Venereal Diseases.

• Dr. Babu served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Skin & VD at North Bengal Medical College Hospital, Sirajganj from September 2019 to October 2024. He is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Skin & VD at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, Sirajganj since November 2024.

Professional Experience

Dr. Babu served as Assistant Professor in the Department of Skin & VD at North Bengal Medical College Hospital, Sirajganj from September 2019 to October 2024. He is currently working as Associate Professor in the Department of Skin & VD at Khwaja Yunus Ali Medical College, Sirajganj since November 2024.

• Earlier in his career, he worked as Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry at TMSS Medical College and also served as Medical Officer at BRAC for five years, gaining extensive clinical and community-based healthcare experience.

Research Interest

• His research interests include epidemiology of dermatological disorders, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, acne severity correlation with BMI, dermatophytosis associated with diabetes mellitus, and various hospital-based cross-sectional dermatology studies.
